After dinner, prepared by Sherbrooke Delta’s famous chef
Pierre Bolduc, get ready for the lively entertainment of "Groupe Show": 12 musicians, plus 50 singers and dancers dressed in
more than 300 costumes! They will sweep you off your feet!

Saturday, October 3rd, Evening
A formal entrance of the guests will be accompanied by
the sound of bagpipe music, performed by Mr. Sylvain
Ross. Chef Bolduc will prepare a grand meal featuring
regional products and specialties. And then, time to swing
and dance! Be sure to wear your best dancing shoes to
sway to the rhythms of Ball Room music played by the
35 musicans of "La Musique des Fusiliers de Sherbrooke". Come and enjoy
